Info Post




I am big on calendars, list and charts to keep myself accountable, on track, etc.
So when it comes to working out I always have a calendar on the fridge as to what my workout is for the day and then I cross it out when I am done. A big fat black X!
Works for me!
So January 1st I decided I would track it on my blog too so I could keep track for a whole year!
