Well hello Friday, it's about time you showed up!
Last night I made a "Green monster shake" for my breakfast this morning.
I have been meaning to try one for ages (and know Justin will think it's gross) so decided to try it while he is still away!
I threw together what I had:
Some frozen blueberries
Some frozen raspberries
1 tsp chia seeds
Some greek yogurt
1 cup skim milk
3 handfuls of fresh
