I do this every year...keep a running post of my workouts (left side bar). Keeps me accountable.
See last years here. Back in October I started ChaLEAN Extreme by Beachbody (I love it!) so right now it makes it easy to track my workouts - whatever is on the calendar I do. :) So here goes 2013.

1 - Get Lean Intervals & I've Got abs
2 - 2.5 hour hike & Merciless Abs
